Dorothy Lillian Karon, 92, of Virginia died Tuesday, April
26, 2011, in Eveleth.
Dorothy was born April 7, 1919, in Virginia to Barney and Ida (Schwartz) Karon. She attended the Virginia schools and graduated from Roosevelt High School and Virginia Junior College. She subsequently attended and graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern California. After graduation, she worked with her father running the Karon Oil Company until his death and then she took over the ownership and management of her father’s business until her retirement. ---------------------------------- Deceased Name: DOROTHY
